I contacted The Drain Doctor as my kitchen sink was very slow draining and this is who the office at my condo complex said to call. The fellow came out this morning right on time with all of his equipment. He got to work right away with his power snake and cleaned it all out. Was here for about 45 minutes in total. I should have asked what they charge as I was expecting maybe around a charge of $150 to maybe $200. We had a new dishwasher installed and the appliance tech recommended getting our kitchen sink drain lines cleaned. Had The Drain Doctor come out and James did a terrific job. Friendly, very knowledgeable in what he was doing. Highly recommend James and The Drain Doctor.
Unprofessional, if anyone has a drain problem they gonna book you for unlimited time, rude service, I recommend don’t go with them .
Kyle arrived even in the later hours of the night 11pm, solved the drain issue efficiently and fast and cleaned after him, I appreciate the great service and job well done.
