Dragas has been a terrible company to work with. They do not hold true to their listed promotions. When they state "some restrictions apply" it means you probably aren't eligible for the promotion. The promotion that was offered at the time we bought our house was a ***** design center credit if you use their mortgage company (which we did) but they did not honor the promotion because they said our house was not eligible and at the time, only one house in the neighborhood was eligible.
