Unprofessional, rude, did not actually give me any services regarding a case review or even hear my case in any meaningful detail before saying they couldn’t handle my case. Dude’s a duck with an i. Plain and simple. The worst phone etiquette. I’m currently in the stage of figuring out “damages” (pain and suffering don’t count) he wouldn’t “waste his time”. I’m not a lawyer so I don’t know what “damages” I’m able to claim or what’s viable. He’s the lawyer and supposed to figure that out. That’s literally his job. If you’re not a straight forward case with someone that’s already aware of their “damages” we won’t waste his time helping you build a case.
Dr shah, Dan and everyone have done an amazing job! I am always so pleased with their tenacity and help with all my accident cases. If you ever need a good lawyer, these guys are it! I was injured by a Dr. from a carpal tunnel procedure. There were concerns regarding median nerve damage. Another Dr. was called upon to explore and repair the previous botched surgery, but no guarantee as to whether the nerve would fully recover.
