I signed up for a spin class while on vacation and was so impressed with the gym. I had never taken a group spin class and they were so welcoming. They explained everything and helped me set up my bike. Someone even brought me a water when I forgot mine in the car. The gym was clean and open. I left sweaty with a big smile on my face. I will definitely be back!
I love this gym! It's welcoming and accommodating for people of all abilities. I started with a personal trainer, Lexi, who is amazing, and now I go to classes and do open gym when I can. Saturdays are my favorite, where I do a Shine class and Les Pauls Bodypump back to back.
