Met Brendon and told him about my challenges of gaining 50lbs during covid and not being motivated. I have spent hundreds on gym memberships to not show up. When i did show up to the gym i never could find myself motivated to workout. I gave downtown flex a try and their unique way of engaging you and getting you into the workouts has changed the game for me. I look forward to the workouts and defiantly feel like im going to hit all of my goals.

I have been going here for a little under a year, came in with a little knowledge of lifting bur with Braidens help we are getting my Mt body dialed in and maybe even a show in the works. He is not only a coach but just also consider him a friend. A fantastic gym to train at! And the vibes is where it's at so if you're looking for a change and to get dialed in for whatever your goals are, this is the place!!!
