Management Needs an Overhaul – When the University Club closed many members were forced to move to the Downtown Met. Both are owned by the same parent company but are run entirely different. At the Downtown Met the employees could care less about service and making the clients happy. The tennis director has a real attitude and is alway rude to you when you come to him for help.
