They are HORRIBLE at communicating. **** claims that he explains stuff clearly but when you dont know legal terms, it almost makes it seems like hes belittling you by using legal terms. I did not go to law school n dont plan on it. If I were them, I would work on communicating if they want more happy clients. And then once the case settle you still gets slap with a bill, now thats is outrageous. Yes I still got a billed when the case settle!
