It actually pains me to even have to give them one star just to leave a review because they don’t deserve that! Been trying to get a hold of them for over a month relating to an accident after being a customer of theirs for 4 years and can’t even get a phone call back. No one is ever there in office when I physically stop. And the entire experience as a whole with my claim has been nothing short of a nightmare. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT EVER GET INSURANCE FROM ERIE AND ABSOLUTELY DONT USE THIS AGENCY FOR ANYTHING
