I’ve been a patient at Dovedale Medical Practice for a year or so now and unfortunately, my experience has been consistently frustrating — especially when it comes to managing my repeat prescriptions. Despite finally being put on a repeat system, every month is a battle. I order my prescription through the app as instructed, but when I go to collect it from the pharmacy, I’m told it still needs to be signed off by the GP. In all the years of being a patient at the dove medics practice I have never had any problems always been cared for with respect and kindness especially Marc best who in my opinion is most kindest helpful understanding person he always gets to the bottom of my problems
