Maintenance...Mr Joe was kind and timely and took care of our issues.
Walter was fantastic and fixed my dryer so quickly! update 7/25/25 – had a leak in my washer, it was resolved within a few days and Mr. Joe was not only quick and efficient with replacing the entire machine, but he was mindful of my cat and keeping the door closed so he didn’t get out!
Thanks to Darien He fixed my air conditioning. He is a very competent and nice person. He knows his job. And I am happy because the temperature in my apartment is great again. Thank you ReNew Harford for employing such good employees. Greetings
Tabitha was very nice a beautiful lady inside and out she made me feel very welcome and listen to my problems and concerns I was experiencing at my current home she knew understood what I was expecting in my home she was extremely supportive very helpful and even offered me to check out sister properties she was just an overall nice person and she will definitely be remembered
