Cannot say enough good things about Kristen and The Dough Co. I go almost every week now. It started just as an obsession with the chocolate chip cookies, especially her vanilla frosting chocolate chip cookie sandwiches. However, from the lemon blueberry scones to her pancake cake, to oatmeal, cream, pie cupcakes, and especially butter bars, everything I’ve had there is absolutely phenomenal! As a French chef, having truly outstanding bread is essential. Finding this level of quality is rare, and every loaf I've purchased has been exceptional. Personally, I enjoy it just as much as my clients do! The freshness, flavor, and craftsmanship are always remarkable. On top of that, every visit comes with a warm smile and wonderful service. Stopped in for cupcakes to celebrate a birthday. Only ordered one per person, but our entire party wishes we had ordered way more! It is much more rare than you'd think to find an extremely butter forward buttercream. So rare in fact that this might be the first time I've ever encountered a less sweet, more richly frosted cupcake, but it tasted so luxurious. Sad we were only passing through to visit the museum, we would definitely be going here all the time if we could!
