2nd year coming to the DOT clinic. Excellent staff, Excellent Doc. You can tell this clinic genuinely care about their patients. HIGHLY recommend you come here for. As for the new location in case any new patients inquire. Once on Basset st, I recommend turning left or right (depending on which direction you're driving from) turn on Dallas st. And go in through the glass doors. There are no numbers on the outside of the building (giant green office building) Enter, stay to your right and look for suite 128 The DOT Clinic.
Wowww! I never do reviews, Dr. Cynthia and Sarah are the best duo in the business. They always answer the phone. Sarah told me if I couldn't make it by 10am, that I'd be first at noon. I got there at 1145 to fill out my paperwork. Dr. Cynthia walked in at Noon and I was out of there at 1225. I feel like she knows my life story in less than 30 minutes. They deserve more than 5 stars.
Definitely recommend this clinic! Receptionist was very polite and welcoming, as well as Cynthia, the medical examiner who was super nice and professional. Myself and my entire staff will only be going to the DOT clinic from now on for our physicals.
Front desk Sara, was awesome. She was informative, very polite, n very really nice. She deserves a raise. The Dr also was very nice, n answered all my questions. I definitely, come back n recommend to everyone...
I had originally gone to W.E clinic or something or other off of Aztec by Bassett Place. I was there at 11:40 am, they said that the nurse would be out to lunch at noon and that they would be back by 1pm. Come 1:45 pm no nurse walked in, I asked for my refund, so I googled DOT physicals and the DOT CLINIC came up. I called and they answered, they said that they were still at lunch but would return at 2pm. Mind you, they are at lunch and still answering phone calls.
