We came here without an appointment, and the doctor and staff were very kind, professional, and helpful. Everything was handled smoothly, and the doctor took care of the exam without any issues. Twice ive been to the DOT clinic and both times I was met with courtesy and respect. I highly recommend it. A family run business with charm. Dr. Cynthia and her receptionist/daughter are very helpful. They made me feel like family. I will definitely return to renew my medical card. Ten out of ten!
