There are not to many businesses that deserve 5 stars, but this one deserves 5+ I wish there was more stars. From the time you walk in to the time you leave, you experience the best customer service. Very professional and very helpful. I am glad I found this clinic. In the 8 years I've been driving, this is the best place to get your DOT medical card. Mondays are super busy so plan on going a different day. But if you decide to go on a Monday it won't matter how much people they have, you will still get treated like a valued... read more

Twice ive been to the DOT clinic and both times I was met with courtesy and respect. I highly recommend it. A family run business with charm. Dr. Cynthia and her receptionist/daughter are very helpful. They made me feel like family. I will definitely return to renew my medical card. Ten out of ten!
