2nd year coming to the DOT clinic. Excellent staff, Excellent Doc. You can tell this clinic genuinely care about their patients. HIGHLY recommend you come here for. As for the new location in case any new patients inquire. Once on Basset st, I recommend turning left or right (depending on which direction you're driving from) turn on Dallas st. And go in through the glass doors. There are no numbers on the outside of the building (giant green office building) Enter, stay to your right and look for suite 128 The DOT Clinic.
Excellent experience, in and out in 30 minutes and I walked in. I called first to see what time they were out for lunch. Very helpful and friendly from the staff and Dr. Ivan. I recommend this place and I will tell my co workers to come here. Thank you !
I was told to come in at 3:30 and they refused to service me because she “ has an appointment “ it’s very unprofessional I came from a very far distance that’s why I called in advance but trust me never again!!!! and I’ll be sure not to recommend this place .
Front desk Sara, was awesome. She was informative, very polite, n very really nice. She deserves a raise. The Dr also was very nice, n answered all my questions. I definitely, come back n recommend to everyone...
