I had a great experience visiting this property. Dakota was very welcoming and professional, and happy to answer all of my questions.
I came in for a tour and honestly I was surprised on how welcoming the staff was. Leasing and maintenance alone were very knowledgeable, Dakota took her time to answer all my questions and show the unit. Based on this experience alone I would recommend this apartment complex.
This is a nice place, unfortunately we have had too many management companies, but I am hoping the new one we have now will do much better than the past companies. I never really had any horrible experiences or problems living here but things could be better with change and I think this new company will be able to do that if given a chance. The staff is really nice and for the short time they have been here, I have had a few issues taken care of with no problem.
literally anytime something breaks they come to fix it no matter how many months you’re late for rent they don’t care they make sure you’re good! you can be honest w the rental office as well. i don’t have NOOOO complaints. the only thing i would say is that the camera system should be changed but other than that if i could give this place 1000pts i would!. Kelly, was always nice to us the maintenance man Darnell is always on time! he nvr complains he's nice asl! Ashley’s is also very patient idk man! i like it here!
The property at 4201 Liberty heights Ave is 3 unit apartment building and it's unfit for living , each apartment has complained about falling constantly ceilings, mold no skilled handymen, crooked landlord which is the owner that collects the rent, rats busting loose out of the walls, poor electrical and plumbing conditions, broken wooden steps, cardboard ceilingd it had 1 bed 2 bedroom and 4 bedroom apartment s not fit for a dog please don't waste your money on this building it's an Ami ty horror . I know use to live there.
