I’ve been here for roughly 3 years !!! They have a new management company called jbz management which took over in May. They are so unprofessional, no one is ever in the office! Kelly is very very rude, she speaks with a very annoyed tone. It really sucks to have a bad management team with such beautiful apartments! Looking for some head quarters offices to call now. Currently working on having a petition signed around the building.

Management doesn’t keep accurate books. They are always claiming that residents are behind in their rent when in fact they are not. The hall carpet is filthy. The employee turn around makes your head spin with this management company.

They need to update their website to reflect current vacancies. My gosh! It's been two years already! The employee turnaround here makes your head spin.You never know who the leasinganager is from day-to-day. It would be nice if tenants were kept updated.
