Dora and her team were fantastic to work with! They knew the market situation where the house was located, they knew what the comps were in that market, and priced the house perfectly! Most of the offers were over asking price. They staged the house to attract buyers and after the first open house we had four offers. *Read Before You Rent * We were approved for a rental under Keller Williams, managed by Dora and her assistant, but still chose to withdraw because of one of the most unprofessional rental experiences we’ve ever encountered. From the start, emails were cold and curt - no greetings, no closings - just dismissive replies.
