China was very unprofessional and inconsiderate of my time during the booking process. I booked an appointment with her via her online scheduling app 1 month ago and 12 hrs prior to showing up for the appointment she informed me of a scheduling conflict with another client. She failed to take any accountability, offer accommodations, or offer reasonable rescheduling times. She also displayed a complete lack of awareness for the own work schedule.
