HORRIBLE!!!!! Do NOT buy anything from this extremely RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL man. My in-laws gave us a door from this store as a Christmas present that never worked properly. They had to come out numerous time to get it installed the right way. Now the window will not stay closed. My husband tried calling three times, leaving messages each time; no return phone call. Almost a year ago in May 2007, I decided to replace my patio door. The “Door Store” is just half a mile down the road from my house and their price was reasonable. So I decided to go with them. The patio door was installed in June and after the first heavy rain I got huge puddle in my leaving room. The installer from the Door store came next day, did something and claimed that he fixed it.
