Ron is awesome. He had his team build and install these custom doors on our church. They are amazing. His price for the door was pretty much the same or slightly less expensive as online door stores. But with this local store you get personal service and custom install. I highly recommend The Door Store

The worst of the worst. We wanted to use local venders but these guys were awful. The doors rotted in just over two years . They literally laughed in our faces when asked if they would replace them. It felt like they took advantage of us because of our advanced ages and blamed us for their poor craftsmanship and subpar materials. Those doors cost us thousands of dollars and we are now having to replace them 2 years after these terrible people installed them. I love these guys...they come right over when you call and if they can't help you they let you know up front. I wouldn't use anyone else. Made calls with no call back. Finally set up appointment. Ron called to push back appointment then did not show. I called, he said others customers had unexpectedly showed up. Must be nice to have so much business that you do not keep your already established commitments. I was only prepared to spend $2500 for a door. SMH.
