The Door House technicians were friendly, fast, and efficient. They, along with salesman Al, answered all my questions, and the new custom door looks and works amazing. I just need to finish the outside brickmold and upper flashing…otherwise I would post a picture. Thanks again for great service!
The door opener connector arm ripped right out of the door just past the 1 year warranty period, but they came over the next day and repaired with no charge, and even made a couple of minor adjustments to the track while here to make it run quieter.
Received several different quotes from different companies in the city. Decided to go with The Door House due to competitive pricing and knowledge from Al. He was also responsive to my questions by email and phone. Installation was quick and as scheduled.
