Stay away! Do not stay behind their product or service. They installed the garage door and opener in 2017. Everything was working fine. 1.August 2021 a spring broke they replaced it for a fee. 2. June 2022 another spring broke. Replaced it for a fee. 3.November 2023 another spring broke. replaced it for a fee. 4. January 2025 another spring broke. Demanding a fee again. I am frustrated with the inconvenience that this company supplies defective springs that break every year. My original door springs lasted for 4 years. They ... read more
