Arrived ahead of schedule and sent a text telling us they would be early. Resolved our issue and did a complete service on the door. Excellent work and value

Well, a surprise moment for us turned into a great service story. Closing the door after parking the car in our double-garage on Monday, a big bang. One of the coil springs failed. I saw the sticker for The Door Company on our door from its installation when we built the house ten years ago and called for help. A trapped car is a bit of a problem. Had such a good experience last summer for a repair that when my torsion spring broke they were the only door repair I considered calling and once I indicated my car was trapped inside the garage due to this, I was put on a priority list and the repair was conducted in a timely manner to allow me to make an appointment. Second time using with the same level of service. Bravo.
