The technician came not only on the date he was supposed to but even showed up a half hour early. Judging the all the parts that were in the box of my brand new garage door opener, I thought it would take him at least 3 or 4 four hours, He did it in 65 minutes, all by himself! And it ended up costing less than the estimate. You don't see that too often.
Fixed my garage door issue in a timely and professional manner. Second time I've used them and both times it was a great experience from start to finish.
On a very cold day, my garage door wouldn’t close as the wires came off the pulley. Although I called other companies, the Door Company was the only one to provide a tech to come and fix it. Service was amazing from Cam as he was quick, efficient and super easy and pleasant to chat with. Would call them again in a heartbeat for their service.
Really responsible! You can trust. Everytime I call , they response quickly and do the work properly.
