We ordered 2 ADA compliant man doors and they sent our builders back with mismatched in size doors, so one was not compliant and didnt fit the frame they sent. The frames were for a different type of construction than we described at order. They were surly when we returned them for cause ,argued that we were wrong, our builders were wrong , and they wouldn't take them back. They called the boss and he said to take them back but they charged a $400.00 restocking fee (which had not been disclosed at purchase). Restocking meant... read more
