Update: lost another star. I made a custom order with the man who owns the shop. I paid $100 upfront. When I pick them up and bring them home, every single donut is crunchy, like over baked. It is Absolutely unacceptable to pawn off reject donuts on prepaid orders simply to save your profit margins. Update: No quality control. Sometimes I get donuts that are hard, crunchy on the edges.
