Beware that if you apply and are a business owner you will have to jump through hoops . Also the $350 application fee is non refundable. I decided not to complete the process because of the overwhelming documents I needed to submit since when are federal tax returns , w2’s and bank statements not enough. I needed to move immediately I can’t wait 3-4 weeks on a renewed id. I’m the same person whether the ID is expired or not . That can be collected later. A refund would be appropriate!
Office staff are not honest and up front about anything.
When my boyfriend and I moved in in July, Northpoint management was still the management for The Donovan. A few months later, Sherman took over, and let me say we couldn't move out any faster. We have had maintenance let themselves in our apartment after a no entry was put on the maintenance request (they didn't knock or call, just walked in). The property is well-maintained, and the staff are fantastic. A special shoutout to Madi, who is incredibly sweet and helpful. Highly recommend!
I was miserable here. I think living in a drain pipe would have been less stressful. do not recommend.
