Deducting two stars. One star is deducted for inadequate cleaning and repairs of the public areas. Spills and stains in hallways do not get cleaned up. I am looking at the same walls dings and dirt marks I saw when we moved in two years ago. Entry rugs have road salt caked in them from last winter. Litter in the hallways. Infrequent vacuuming and mopping. Repairs are just stop gap fixes. If you are going to lease to sloppy people you had better be prepared to cleanup after them. Chris made my move-in a breeze! She was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. Her positive attitude and clear communication made this the best move-in experience I’ve ever had. I hope management realizes the special person they have.
