Really beautiful tour and the facility is flawless. The host was excellent with the tour and the information about the facility. I would definitely recommend this facility to make your next home.
I have lived at The Donovan for six years! When I toured in 2020, I just knew this was the place for me. I had looked at other apartment complexes but something in my gut kept telling me to move to The Donovan and I’m so glad I did! Chris was amazing! She made this experience moving into a new apartment seamless. I toured the complex twice to see different floor plans. Ended up getting a studio so I’m downsizing a lot but excited for this transition. She’s extremely nice & knows her complex well. The amenities are AMAZING!! I can’t wait to use them after work. It’s close to Aldi & other shopping within very close walking distance. Great promos for applying & securing a unit makes it easier while finishing out my old lease as well.
