I don't give 5 stars easily. This place is very helpful caring, inspiring, and a valuable community resource I have needed. The service they provide is benefiting the lives of those in need to live a day better than the day before. Just because I don't have the income today to meet my needs to function for my service dogs total health, doesn't mean I shouldn't have an option. Even the security is kind, and very attentive to a friendly safe place. Thanks for all your time. You are the best, and we thank you. I guess I shouldn'... read more

The Doney Coe services for low income and homeless are terrible. They work closely with Urban. My mother's cat had been showing signs of pain, and severely reduced stool production. Urban/Doney did an xray and provided my mother with Miralax/polyethylene glycol. They did not disclose to my mother that he appeared to have megacolon which is contraindicated. I waited 10 hours for service while sitting outside. It sucked, yes. But I didn't pay a dime. Not a single cent. My dog was vomiting blood and senior and for some reason people who had dogs with less severity but appeared much more homeless than I did... read more

This place is a joke. They do the bare minimal to those in need who can't afford bringing their loved ones to a professional pet clinic. First come first serve. I've seen people show up at 430am and wait until staff arrive at 9am they only see 10 pets those who arrived after those 10 pets are either left waiting until 4pm in hopes they see their pets just to be told to go home. A few times they cut off 6 pets instead of 10. I've had multiple conversations with Clients whove recieved veterinary malpractice involving Misdiagno... read more
