Been recommending this firm to friends and family for quite sometime. They have exceptional customer service from the first call with Alejandra to representatives like Jose Luis taking our initial case. They make you feel comfortable and communicate with you whether it’s a call, txt, or email. They also provide Spanish speakers if English is not your Native language.
If I could give more than 5 stars I’ll definitely do it. Jose Luis is a very helpful person and what I liked the most about him is that he speaks Spanish and it’s sure a funny person it was a pleasure talking to him he understood my dads doubts concerns and worries and most of all he gave him confidence about doing this. He gave my dad a relief of all the doubts he had my dad was hesitating about giving a call and thank God he did because he got assigned to Jose Luis.
