My son lived here while at Mizzou. The amenities aren't bad, but this place, like others in Columbia, take advantage of parent who have no other option for safe housing and overcharge in a town where living expenses should be cheap. Columbia is not a great town but they add on fees, charge NYC pricing, and only provide mediocre services. If you want to get ripped off, live here.

The domain is a very tidy place with staff VERY friendly, kind, and knowledgeable in what they assist you with. The staff takes your concerns into consideration and the place is very organized. The parking situations is very nice and easy to use. The amenities are clean and very nice to use and easy to access. The community building activities, staffs willingness to help, and the people who live there make this a great place to reside and would recommend it to everyone I know!
