Avoid this place like the plague. Terrible internet, terrible management, and terrible parking system. The majority of the 5 star reviews are people they bribed with free stuff.
DO NOT LIVE HERE! The management here is terrible and only cares about money, if you think you are going to park without a pass, think again because they don’t have enough spaces and fill up spaces with shipping containers forcing you to park in reserved only to be towed for not paying for a pass and have to pay $150 for your car back. The water doesn’t stay hot for long and if anything needs repaired be ready to wait a couple weeks to get it fixed. I’ve been living here for over 6 months and I have no complaints! I also have to give a shout out to Frank the maintenance guy, he's always fast with replying to requests and gets them done in a timely manner :)
the new manager Charles is so helpful and polite! he was great at explaining all my options and was super friendly.
