I have lived here for a couple years now and come across many team members but the few that have stuck out to me are CJ, Avion, Carson, Kaleigh, Isabelle, Tito and Kat. Keep up the good work guys this place wouldn’t have half the magic it does with out you

The domain at Columbia definitely blew me away! From the staff to the property/ amenities, I am in awe. My tour was very enjoyable and felt so natural! It was like looking for my new home with a best friend, Charles Galloway toured me and he was so kind and understood all of my wants/needs! I highly recommend this community to anyone locating to this area

Domain is pretty good. Good buildings, maintenance team, shuttle and amenities. WiFi is also pretty solid now that they switched. Frank is the best and always fixes my work orders quick and follows up too! The management isn’t the best especially at the beginning of the year. Parking is horrible especially at night, and the management team randomly made a bunch of free spots permit... read more

Overall the inside of the apartments are pretty nice, but the outside of the apartments such as the halls are not. The amenities are often closed for extended periods of time like the net being down for the sand area, the fire pit not working, and the golf sim being down. The parking has also recently changed so there are now signs on spots that are not reserved and reserved areas without any signs. This has led to many residents being towed without any notice.

Apartment itself is nice but management is beyond terrible. Half the amenities they advertise are false/misleading advertising (no shuttle service at night, fire pit has been broken for months), and maintenance is pathetic. Did not fix our front door lock for over a month which forced me and our roommate to sleep elsewhere one night which is obviously a major concern. Most recently, they changed their parking rules to make half of the parking spots that were not previously reserved and are towing people despite there being n... read more
