My Sister's doll needs fixing today
I am so surprised to see all the negative reviews. Anne repaired my daughter’s toy rabbit a number of years ago and did a splendid job and was very kind and polite. She even rang me and asked if it was an urgent, sleep time necessity, and if so, she would work overnight. As my daughter was 24 and travelling, it wasn’t .
Very helpful wonderful customer service, amazing selection of dolls from the old days. Don't follow Google GPS it's wrong. When using GPS put in 24 Claremont Ave Malvern.
Pretty horrible experience - absolute horrible service over the phone and was very rude to my sister who just wanted to enquire about repairs.
