I called to ask about having a doll cleaned up and restored slightly that I found new in a box that the front cellophane had come loose allowing moisture and dust to get on the doll. It’s a vintage cabbage patch doll and I wanted to keep it new in the box. She rudely informs me that the doll is not worth any money and just take it out of the box. Her letter to Santa only asked for him to fix Snuffy, because after 8 1/2 years he was plenty worse for wear, with a few holes and missing stuffing. My daughter’s elf took Snuffy that nig... read more

A few years ago, I sent my beloved childhood doll, Lonely Lisa, To The Doll Hospital To be restored. They did an absolutely beautiful job on her and I bought pretty clothes for her. My granddaughter plays with this 60-year-old doll every day, and I am so grateful that The Doll hospital made this possible.
