Technicial drilled almost all the way through my nail while removing my gel nails and cut me multiple times. I have never had this happen at any other place.

Called and made an appointment to have acrylics, pedi and lashes done. I told her I’d prefer the week we were in but since it was so last minute I’d understand if not and so I waited almost 2 weeks for my appointment, booked a day off work and when I showed up I was told there was nothing booked in the system.
