Poorly managed. They had an issue with a part of out return on our State taxes. In the end they couldn’t get us to esign the forms. Instead of having us sign the returns in their office or having us return the paperwork to them to look over and ensure all was good, somehow we never signed the right thing. Three years later we never received our refund and we will owe a fee for unsigned tax returns. Poorly managed. They screwed up our state taxes then refused to do anything about it until we paid them. They should have resolved the issue before even thinking about requesting money from their clients. Would you pay a painter if he only painted half of your house? Ridiculous. Now I will have to pay for an attorney as well. Do not use them!!!!
