Ellie May has come out a new dog. She’s learned so much and we are learning along with her. I love that there are support groups that we can come to to continue on the journey. Thank you for everything!
I hate giving this review as things started out great. I have tried to connect with Kurtis via email since April with not one reply. Initially he said all the right things. We had a great experience with Dog Wizard while we worked on basic training with our new dog. Kurtis was extremely helpful in learning about what services are available and would he recommended for our situation. Our trainer, Bethany, was a perfect fit for us! The Dog Wizard Westlake is exceptional. From the very beginning, they showed extraordinary care, patience, and compassion—not only toward my dog, but to me as well. The Dog Wizard gave us something we honestly weren't sure was possible when we first reached out.
