Our 2 year old chocolate lab spent two weeks at the Dog Wizard for board and train with trainer Morgan. We are so glad we went with this option and can’t recommend Morgan as a trainer enough! She provided updates throughout the training and was so incredibly helpful in training me at the end of the on-site board and train program. She was patient, clear, and answered all of my questions. Our puppy Agnis went to day school with Morgan for 14 sessions. She learned many basic skills but most importantly Morgan spent time with us on how to continue working with Agnis at home. Agnis is a small dog and Morgan always made sure she was safe around the larger dogs. I highly recommend Morgan at The Dog Wizards as a trainer. Agnis was always excited to see her!
Morgan was a perfect match to train Birdie, our Pyrenees pup. She brought her experience in a veterinarian’s practice, combined with her training acumen, to the table - listened to our concerns and helping Birdie navigate her anxiety over the first several lessons, making us all feel very comfortable. We are delighted at how well Birdie responded - and continues to model the training she received. This was our first time working with a full day training program and highly recommend it.
