David is amazing! His continuous support even after our dog graduated from the 2 week board and train program is amazing! Highly HIGHLY recommend! Zeus had some issues with unfamiliar places and people and he worked so hard with him. We are able to take him to high polulated areas and Zeus won't freak out anymore! He is also now a fan of going on walks (he wouldn't leave the driveway before). I'd recommend the dog wizard for any and every dog!
David at The Dog Wizard has been absolutely amazing with my dog, Blizzard! From the start he was patient, knowledgeable, and extremely passionate about what he does. Blizzard came in with some behavioral issues and dog aggression, but thanks to David’s guidance and training techniques I’ve seen a huge transformation. ***Edit*** Since they don’t allow replies to their response, I’ll edit my original review. I have no reason to review a company Ive never worked with. I am ABSOLUTELY a client. The literal day our dog was returned to us he attacked our other dog unprovoked. IN FRONT OF OUR TRAINER. I’d say that was worse than when he was dropped off. I would be happy to share more details. I have a paper trail. Great sales people. We didn’t get what was promised. Our dog did a 2 week board and train and came back worse.
I had a great experience with the Dog Wizard. My dog Douglas had reactivity issues, especially around other dogs, and after the 2-week board and train there was a noticeable improvement. CJ was the trainer assigned to Douglas, and he was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and clearly experienced. Douglas responded really well to him and came back much more manageable. Highly recommend!
Our sweet Frankie (aka Frank the Tank) who is a 3.5 lb chihuahua —- clearly had arrived to us from his “breeder” being holed up in a crate 24/7 & jumping at any gentle touch/cuddle. Frankie saw hands/people as things to be afraid of— and was nipping and biting so frequently that daily bleeding (on arms, hands, and faces) became our new norm.
