Not good at all! Before committing, insist on seeing the facilities where your dog will be boarded. The training itself is minimal - my dog spent most of its time crated with little interaction. To make matters worse, my dog contracted kennel cough while in their care. The lack of effective training and poor conditions made this experience not worth the cost. Save your dog (and yourself) the stress – look elsewhere for training. Keitlynn was the trainer, if she is good she was doing anything but training my dog.
Kaitlyn has truly helped our family with teaching us and Kora tools to help in stressful situations. As well as, how to properly socialize and learn neutrality. Kora was overly socialized, so she was super reactive to other dogs and humans, so this program has significantly helped kora! We 🤍 Kaitlyn!
I reached out to the ladies at Dog Wizard to help me with a special needs puppy and they jumped to my rescue so quickly. After our visit they made me feel so much more confident in caring for a special needs dog and showed me such kindness and compassion in our short time together. I couldn’t recommend them enough. Truly amazing people.
I met the owner Jodi through the Hilliard Chamber of Commerce. The Dog Wizard Columbus goes above and beyond with their offerings for dog owners! From specialized training programs to enrichment care (for owners who want a higher level of care than doggy daycare!), they offer a high level of attention and personalized service. We left our anxious dog with Kaitlyn for two weeks for a board and train. During our trip, we received nearly daily photos, videos, and glowing reports. We returned to a happy, polite, and EXHAUSTED dog. We look forward to continuing our training with Kaitlyn and spending more time with Jodi and the rest of the Dog Wizard team.
