We waited a month for a consultant for it to be cancelled the day of. We would have to wait another month for a new appointment. Totally unprofessional. Do not waste your time.
Really upset with this company despite their good reviews. We scheduled an original phone consult months ago and was told we needed to reschedule. Got rescheduled weeks out and now they cancelled on us once again. Really upset about this as I could’ve got my dog training from other companies months ago.
