My dog and I went here twice and both times I booked a private lesson with an employee because my dog hasn't been in a big water source and I didnt know how she'd do, so I wanted someone there with experience with that sort of thing. Our first lesson was fine. My dog was a bit frightened at first, but eventually did swim after we pushed her a bit. On my dog’s birthday, the worker showed up late which cut into my time (1/3 of my barn hunt). There was also an off leash dog that interrupted our run. I emailed and asked for a credit for the time lost—ghosted. My very first lesson there years before was also interrupted by two dogs who came in significantly earlier than their time. Staff has been inconsistent over the years. Some more helpful than others.
