Let's talk about it: Everyone working at The Dog Stop is absolutely amazing! Location=phenomenal! The location is extremely clean and after boarding my dog, without scheduling an exit groom, he never smells like he's been in a kennel or around other dogs! Professionalism = Exemplary! Excellent Service & Fantastic customer service!
The Dog Stop took in my dog with no hesitation. He is reactive and the front staff spent 20 minutes on the phone with me going over all my options and answering all my questions to make me feel comfortable leaving my fur baby with them. I’ve had Papa since he was 3 months old, the week before Covid started so he is what I refer to as a Covid baby because he was never properly socialized. Groomer extremely rude! Had an appt for our two dogs but the groomer was combative in tone when we are new customers. Never have our dogs had to be completely balled from head to tail when that was not the case. We have never experienced this type of rudeness and drastic procedure. She was so argumentative and I would have preferred she removed herself and have a manager get involve. Will not return back to place. Judgment and professionalism is extremely poor.
