The staff at the Dog Stop doea not so what they promise. I am sue a refund because I picked up my dog a day early and it has been an arduous proxy to try and get a refund. Obviously, I will not use this business ever again because they cannot seem to do what they promise. Bad customer service. I would not recommend the Dog Stop!
I just love The Dog Stop in Metairie, they pay attention to my dogs needs and he seems to be fine when I watch the Pup Cams.. which I love. Only thing I would like to see is interaction with ALL the dogs and not just the dogs that jump up on the attendants. My little old guy won’t jump up (that’s how he is trained) but will look up and follow them and he seemed to be overlooked. Overall great experience and will continue to bring my little one there.
