Been going here on and off for two years now and this is the best place! The staff here has been great to my French bulldogs, but Ella really stands out. She’s so welcoming and loves telling me how their experience was. Goose was a bit shy with daycare at first so they eased him into it. I love knowing they’re looking out for them. I think Ella was well cared for, and her nails were nicely trimmed (Dremel) in a short amount of time. We were fortunate to walk in during a quieter time of day. The employees there were efficient and very pleasant.
They are always so happy to see Elvis and he is equally excited to go. The drop off is so easy. They did a great job grooming him as well!
Everyone there is super nice. My dog loves going. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is they charge an additional fee for dropping off before noon and again picking up after noon. If you’re flying out or in rarely does the noon drop off or pick up work.
Friendly and courteous- would recommend.
