Trying to speak to a manager or owner and being turned down by staff who can’t give me any information of this new “temperament policy” after we’ve been coming here for years. Super unreliable establishment. Has no idea how to handle the front desk or answer anything and the GM is saying they’ll call tomorrow
My pug loves the staff and the facilities. They are very friendly, and care for the animals in their care very well!
What a great place to bring your pup! Everyone we have met here has been so kind and carrying. Doggie Daycare and boarding is knew to us so we were very nervous about it. My husband and I feel good about leaving our pup here for play dates and boarding. It is VERY clean. We love watching the live camera. It’s so fun to watch your dog play. Having the cameras is reassuring as well. We would highly recommend this place. Our Schatzi LOVES it here. When we drop her off she doesn’t even look back to say goodbye.
