The dog stop was the first doggy daycare/ boarding experience my dog actually enjoyed going to! Not only do they separate big and little dogs, but they actually pay attention to their temperaments to appropriately accommodate each dogs needs. There is so much room for the dogs to run and play. They have cameras and send you updates so you never have to worry about what your dog is up to. The Dog Stop was the best grooming experience I have ever had for my dog. He is very anxious and grooming at other places has taken over four hours, which is really hard on him. We worked with Sarina and they did an amazing job. They completed his full grooming in a timely way while still being patient and attentive to his comfort. As our family has grown, one thing we’ve come to appreciate is having people we completely trust to care for our little ones, including our high energy, super sociable Brittany. Amazing amazing amazing. I work six days a week and bring my dog for daycare every day. They really make you feel like family. Trusting your dog with strangers is never easy, but my boy loves them so much he would pull me to the daycare facility when we we’d go on walks. In addition to doggy daycare, we also use them for grooming and boarding. All of the Services they offer are stellar. We were visiting Chicago from Arizona and needed a last-minute doggy daycare on an extreme heat advisory day. We didn't want to risk taking our pups (Ollie & Chesney) out in the intense heat, and The Dog Stop Bucktown was an absolute lifesaver!The manager was incredibly friendly and gave us a full tour of the facility, which instantly put us at ease.
