Used them recently while I was out of town. Staff is amazing. I am giving them a three star review because the booking system isn't transparent. The booking is confusing. I also booked for 4 days originally for both my dogs. I informed when booking that my one dog was not spayed. I knew for my one dog it would be more because she was a solo stay and could not be around other dogs. But for my spayed dog they confirmed the price for $264 online for 4 days. That's $60 per day. Amazing facility and staff!
French fry loves coming to the dog stop, and its makes me feel comfortable that he's here for daycare and boarding. Andrew, Aly, Esme., and crew all make us feel like family. Megan made French Fry shine brighter than I have ever seen him, and gave me some tips on how to manage his coat. The dog stop is really a co-parent with me, and I can't say enough good things.
Andrew and the entire crew at The Dog Stop are incredible. From the moment we walked in to get more info about daycare, he was totally welcoming and fully transparent. We got a full tour of the entire facility, which is immaculate, clean, and well organized and their systems are thorough. They have multiple divisions for large, small, active, mellow, and reactive doggos. Plus, there are cameras everywhere, accessible to you, to put your mind at ease. Staff is so kind and Megan is by far the best groomer in the area! She is so easy to work with and makes our Cockapoo look adorable every time. Can’t say enough good things, it’s the best feeling knowing that your pup feels comfortable with her and that she truly cares about her work. So happy to have found her!
