When my brother passed away in 2025, I adopted his 100lb Doberman pincher named Franklin. At the time, I had very little experience with dogs and was still grieving the loss of my brother. Luckily, I came across someone in my neighborhood who invited me to stop by The Dog Stop during their 1st Open House. We have been sending our little guy to the dog stop for almost a year now and have had a great experience. We love being able to check in on him throughout the day on the webcam and he is always very excited to be there. The staff are tremendous and really care for the dogs.
Our dog loves going to The Dog Stop to see all of her friends. We have had nothing but a great experience here. The facility is huge and well taken care of!
Very glad to have the Dog Stop open right near us in Logan Square. They always do a fantastic job giving our Husky baths and boarding him. It is very easy to recognize that the staff truly love their jobs and are always very friendly and professional. The groomer recently kindly asked to keep our Husky longer after close post-grooming to ensure that he was 100% dry after a bath before letting him leave in the -6 degree weather, I really appreciated that care and attention to detail.
Everyone I’ve interacted with is super nice and they all know my dog. He sprints to the front door as soon as he gets out of my car. My dog loves to play a little physical, so they have him on the right group, but I watch the cameras ALL THE TIME, and there are never any real fights. 2 thumbs up from both of us.
