This was my first time there. Explained to my groomer Sydney what type of cut that I wanted my Labradoodle to have. In two hours my dog was complete and was exactly how I wanted her cut. Thank you Sydney!! The entire staff were friendly and helpful. My new grooming place!!
I took our boxer in for her evaluation for future day camp and boarding. Everyone was great and helpful. She loved it and so did her momma
I have always had a great experience. My pooch seems excited to get groomed and looks fabulous every time. If i ever had any questions or concerns, it was always answered or taken care of. Great place for dog grooming.
If you want you save yourself a hassle, do not go to the dog stop. They had some under training staff independently take care of my dog who is a Pomeranian and I and asked for specifically boo cut but instead, she shaved him off. His inner coat is totally missed up and it’s been few months since this happened and still hasn’t grown back. It takes time and effort to maintain the inner coat and now I don’t even know if it’s ever going to brow back. His hair is growing but you can see his skin through.
