Top care for dogs! – We love taking our dog to the Dog Spot, both for daycare and boarding. Shannon and Ben are both excellent with dogs, and they have definitely contributed to our dog's well-being. We are so relieved to have found such a safe, stimulating home away from home for our dog.
My Golden gives the Dog Spot 5 stars! – The Dog Spot is my golden retriever's home away from home. She (and I) love Shannon and Ben, who always are affectionate, kind and welcoming. The facility is great and well managed, the care is wonderful....and those doggie pools are a treat! Great place, great people!
More than doggie daycare, the best! – Hands down, after trying numerous places in Denver and Boulder, the Dog Spot is by far the best. Many people don't take the time to look behind the scenes, but Ben and Shannon take pride in making sure that their care is personal, professional, and simply the best. Best in Boulder – After visiting all the other daycare options, I chose The Dog Spot because of the professionalism and enthusiasm and obvious caring displayed by owners Shannon and Ben. My dog would much rather be at The Dog Spot with than with me. I don't understand the other reviewer's comments about Ben. My dog loves him. Ben is a little more subtle than Shannon but never ever rude. I have complete confidence in him, and I trust him completely to make the best decisions for my little dog when he's at THE SPOT.
Dog Spot: Good place but stay away from Ben. – The dog spot is a great place with (usually) very friendly staff (Shannon is great) but during a recent experiance with Ben I will no longer take my dog there. He was rude and accusing and my dog was not happy about going anywhere with him. He does not strike me as a dog person (which he should be if he is working at a dog daycare facility).
