I am not a happy camper this time. Richmond location. I ordered nail clip for one of my dogs, it was charged but not done. This time I had to either pay for the meals separately or buy a bag of food for my two dogs (this is new). Last time I used this place for onboarding of my pet, the food was included on the onboarding fee. I also paid for a bed, so my dogs have a cushion inside the kennel.
