Absolutely LOVE this gym. They have group training classes that fit my schedule perfectly, intense workouts that can easily be modified due to injury or experience and just such a great environment. Also very affordable compared to other gyms in Kelowna.

Keith and Kylee have made a gym community into a family that is very welcoming, supportive and uplifting on days you need it most. Fun space to workout at your own level or push yourself with a little challenge in a circuit style weight class or a ride on the bike to sweat it all out! The icing on the cake is a little extra love from the dog house team Mascot Blu and of course the unexpected giggles from Keith’s random comments or inappropriate songs with impeccable timing
Excellent bootcamp, spin and barre classes for all levels! Keith and Kylee bring the best energy to all of the classes and they always switch up the workouts. Blu is also the best workout support dog! Five stars all around!
