I'm always greeted when I come in. There's always someone available to answer my questions and help me find what I need. They took great care of my pup when he came in for grooming then again later for a nail clipping.
We have been going there for about 7yrs now. We spend summers in Waynesville. We had our Bishon there and now our mini golden doodle. Must say they do the best job of any groomer we have ever had. We travel a lot and the bishon we had went every week to a groomer for 16 yrs. no matter where we were. The best job was always the Dog House.
Felicia and her staff are simply amazing. I wouldn’t trust my sweet Freida in any other hands. She loves her spa bath and “beauty shop” time. Prices are on point. Product selection is wonderful. We’ve been bringing our Freida here on a regular basis since she was about 5 months old and she always comes out looking like a princess - painted nails and all!!
Felisha was very attentive to our dogs needs, while we were away, and we appreciate her handling of our situation. great update pic to boot. We also visit the store regularly for our dog food needs, and gave started to use the self wash, which had been much anticipated.
The got my baby all fixed up, even when she got matted from chewing.
$80-$85 for grooming?? Ridiculous! We just moved up from Atlanta where we were paying $60 a dog. In Buckhead. Then they posted a picture on Facebook of one of our dogs to promote their business without our permission. Plenty of other groomers in the area
