Absolutely appalling reception staff/clinic management. I have called FIVE times over the past two days trying to book in with my GP and have been kept on hold for ten minutes EACH TIME, with the call eventually being dropped from their end after ten minutes. Frustrated with this lack of communication or actually doing their job by answering the phone, I attempted to book online with a different GP to my usual - only to have that attempted appointment rejected by the doctor with no explanation. Really great doctors office outstanding front girls and MOST doctors, it’s a shame that there is one doctor there who uses chatgpt the entire time to diagnose people, if I wanted to use the computer to do that I would’ve done it for free from home, way to make someone feel like a paycheck Update: Thankyou Dr Gunhouse, I will pass this information onto my wife.
