Rang reception yesterday regarding a blood test I may need before I can have a CT scan done I was told they would get back to me Still waiting Most of your reception staff are very rude and do not make patients a priority preferring to speak among themselves
Dr Ben Griffin has helped me out so many times and is always so understanding and is always so thorough with my medication. I have seen Nadine as well and she’s super informative about eczema. The receptionists I used to find a little rude but recently they have been so wonderful and so caring and it’s so good to see a positive change! The receptionist I had yesterday was super lovely and caring when I forgot my card and had to use my phone and Medicare wouldn’t work, so she did it manually for me! Really disappointing experience here. Dr said I need to get a compression band from a specific pharmacy on the other side of town, so I went over, only to find out that they can't give me one without a prescription. Called the Dr back to get a script, waited for 15 minutes an only to be told I don't need a compression band. What a waste of my time.
I used this medical centre for the first time today, seeing Dr Heinrich for Q fever testing. Could not fault reception, the nurses or Dr Heinrich. Everyone was friendly, professional and accommodating of my obvious needle phobia. Dr explained everything clearly and I felt at ease. Very grateful for a positive experience with all staff I encountered.
