Absolute worst receptionists I have ever met. They are so extremely rude and very intolerant. The doctors are alright, but the reception ruins it. Even just talking on the phone to them, they are extremely rude. My client feels the same way. I am a disability support worker. And my client feels incredibly uncomfortable talking to them, and it limits her confidence in being able to see a doctor comfortably.
Had an appt this week for drivers licence renewal. Was called in by nurse Shannon - have been cared for this nurse many times in the past. She is so lovely, friendly and professional and most of all effectiant. Sorted out my licence assessment,plus my covid and flu vaccinations all PRIOR to seeing the doctor. Nothing seems to ever be too much trouble for this amazing nurse. Thank you!
Been going to WT MED for years, our Dr is amazing! I haven't had the best interactions with the receptionists until today. Saw our Dr yesterday and today Shauna has kept me in the loop with our referral and organised everything and even booked the appointment. She followed through gave me all the information her communication was amazing. Thank you Shauna for making the process so easy.
I have been seeing Dr David Van Gend for a long time now. He has helped me overcome some difficult health challenges. I can't offer a view on other doctors at the practice, but Dr Van Gend I do recommend.
I chose WT Med as my medical centre because I was looking for a medical professional with a combination of medical expertise, interpersonal skills and efficiency. I found these qualities in Dr. Gunhouse. Not sure if he's taking on new patients currently, but all the doctors here seem friendly and professional. The practice is bright and modern. The reception desk is efficient if occasionally a little brusque. Overall, a great choice for anyone new to Toowoomba
