Best doctors office I’ve ever been to, walked in and was treated, prescribed medication and left in less than a hour. Extremely affordable care for not having insurance. Everyone was extremely helpful and greets you with a smile. 10/10
Erica is wonderful at what she does, I've taken my son for a child well visit and been here myself. She listens and ask a lot of questions to get to the root of the problem. The only con is it takes a very long time to get a test results from labs, wish this could improve, if you don't start feeling well you start feeling anxious of your results and want to get treated soon. Overall I still put 4 stars, would of put a 5 if test results came in sooner.
5 stars on child care: The doctor my toddler sees is Erica. She is absolutely fantastic with kids any issues your child has I highly recommend her. She is very patient, calm and knows how to make them smile. She was able to draw my kids blood on the 1st time while my child was throwing a fit that's extremely impressive. The communication. 2 stars. For 2 months I had to call and the last 3 weeks before I got the email I was calling twice every. Single. Day. To get an email for me to purchase an allergy testing kit. I had an amazing experience here. Demecia at the front desk was a bright light from the moment I walked in! Lindesy (NP) was also very personable, knowledgeable and professional! I wish I would have known about this place sooner!
Had a first time visit today with Erika. I can't say enough about how great it was to sit down with a provider and not be rushed. We talked for about 35-40 minutes. Five stars !!!
