Unfortunate. I came here to begin a new primary care relationship as I moved to the area. After my first visit I was charged for two visits - one for a day in the past! For an appointment never made.. when I tried to contact to remove it, they doubled down and sent to a collection agency. I ended up paying it as I can see they wouldn't take care of that. Now I need to find a new doctor and try over again. I can't go back there when something this unjust occurred.
Unbelievably kind and professional staff. Hooked me up with referrals to specialists immediately. They have an in-house psych provider. 10/10
Nice ladies EDIT Less than a year later, my doctor said that she wasn't going to fill out FMLA paperwork so "the government can pay me to stay home" Never mind that isn't at all what FMLA is, that's an absolutely wild thing to say to a patient seeking help. I widened my eyes in disbelief. and she said something about me rolling my eyes I sent them a message after and also tried to contact us form, they have not fixed my medication dosage at the third request. I think I'm going to call my insurance company and tell them not t... read more
