I'm a fairly new patient at the Doctor's office. Everyone at the office is great. The ladies at check in are awesome. I've been seeing Saprina Fender for my primary care for a few years. She is the best.All of the nurses are very concerned and caring.

Their phone lines need to be updated or different people answering them. I sat on hold for 15 mins to change my appointment. Someone answered “ Holstein home medical” with a horrible attitude I said I needed to change my appointment and I got hung up on. Now I’m sitting on hold again for 8 minutes now all to change an appointment after receiving a letter saying I’d be kicked out due to missing an appointment I didn’t even schedule.
